Getting started

What is Seller Copilot?

Seller Copilot is a multichannel order and inventory management platform for online sellers. It brings your orders, stock and despatch from marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Etsy and TikTok Shop — and carts like Shopify and WooCommerce — into one screen, so you can process orders and print shipping labels without switching between accounts.

How long does it take to get set up?

Most sellers connect their first sales channel and run a test order the same day. You create your account, connect a channel with a secure OAuth login, import your existing listings and inventory, then process a live order to confirm everything flows through correctly.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Seller Copilot runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install or maintain. You sign in and work from any modern browser on desktop or laptop.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan lets you connect channels and manage orders within its limits, with no credit card required. When your volume grows past those limits, you can move to a paid plan.

Plans & billing

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan has a set number of orders, channels, SKUs and users each month so you can run your business on it and evaluate the platform properly. There is no free trial countdown and no credit card required — you only pay if you choose to upgrade.

What do the paid plans include?

Each paid tier raises your monthly order allowance, the number of sales channels and SKUs you can manage, and the number of users on your account. The exact limits for every plan are shown on our pricing page, pulled live from our billing system.

Can I pay in GBP or USD?

Yes. You can choose GBP or USD using the currency toggle on the pricing page, and your choice is carried through to checkout so your billing matches your preference.

How much do I save by paying yearly?

Paying yearly gives you a 20% discount compared with paying monthly. The discounted price is shown when you switch the billing toggle to yearly on the pricing page.

Can I change or cancel my plan later?

Yes. You can move up or down between plans as your order volume changes, and you can cancel from your account at any time. If you need help choosing the right tier, contact our team.

How many users are included?

Every plan includes a fixed number of users, shown on each plan card. If you need more people on the account, moving to a higher plan increases the number of users included.

Channels & integrations

Which sales channels can I connect?

You can connect major marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Temu, and shopping carts including Shopify and WooCommerce. New channel integrations are added over time — check the integrations page for the current list.

Can I sell on more than one channel at once?

Yes. That is the core of the platform. Orders from every connected channel arrive in one queue, and your stock levels update across all of them as you sell, which helps stop overselling the same item on two channels.

How do I connect a channel?

You connect each channel with a secure sign-in from the channel itself (OAuth where the marketplace supports it), so you never share your marketplace password with us. If a connection expires, you reconnect from the same screen in a few clicks.

Does my existing catalogue import automatically?

Yes. When you connect a channel, your existing listings and inventory are imported so you can start managing them straight away rather than re-entering products by hand.

Orders & fulfilment

How does order management work?

Orders from every connected channel flow into a single queue. You can filter, search and action them in bulk — confirming despatch, printing paperwork and updating the channel — so you run your whole despatch operation from one screen instead of logging into each marketplace.

Can I print shipping labels and packing slips?

Yes. You can batch-print shipping labels, packing slips and pick lists, and design your own invoice and label templates with your branding, barcodes and page sizes to suit your workflow.

Can orders be routed automatically?

Yes. Order routing lets you send the right orders to the right place based on rules you set, so repetitive despatch decisions are handled for you and your team spends less time sorting orders manually.

What happens if a label fails to print?

Failed labels are flagged so you can see exactly which orders need attention and re-print them, rather than discovering a gap at the end of the day. Our help centre covers the most common label errors and how to recover from them.

Inventory & catalogue

How does inventory sync work?

When an item sells on one channel, its stock level is reduced across your other connected channels too. Keeping one source of truth for stock is what helps prevent overselling an item you no longer have.

Can I manage bundles and multi-packs?

Yes. You can set up bundles and multi-packs so that selling a bundle correctly reduces the stock of each component item, keeping your available quantities accurate.

Does it help with reordering stock?

Yes. Inventory tools include stock forecasting and reorder workflows so you can see what is running low and raise purchase orders to suppliers before you run out.

Shipping & couriers

Which couriers are supported?

You can produce despatch paperwork for major UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx and Evri, so you can batch-print labels for whichever carrier a given order uses.

Can I use my own courier accounts and rates?

Yes. You connect your own carrier accounts, so your negotiated rates and services apply. Seller Copilot generates the despatch paperwork; the shipping contract stays between you and your courier.

Can I batch-print labels for a whole day of orders?

Yes. You can select a batch of orders and print their shipping labels together, which is far quicker than producing labels one order at a time during a busy despatch run.

Security & data

Is my marketplace login safe?

Yes. Channels are connected using the marketplace’s own secure sign-in flow, so you authorise access without handing over your marketplace password to us. You can revoke that access from the channel at any time.

Who owns my data?

Your business data remains yours. You can read how we handle and protect it on our privacy and security pages, and get in touch if you have specific questions about data processing.

Where can I check if the service is up?

Our system status page shows the current state of the platform, so you can quickly confirm whether an issue is on our side.

Account & support

How do I get help if I am stuck?

You can browse the help centre for step-by-step guides, or contact our team. A real person replies, usually within 24 hours, Monday to Friday during business hours (GMT).

Can I add my team to the account?

Yes. You can invite team members up to the number of users included on your plan, and manage what each person can access. Moving to a higher plan increases the number of users you can add.

Can I suggest a feature or channel?

Yes, and we welcome it. Use the feedback form to tell us which channel, courier or feature would help your business — it genuinely shapes what we build next.

Still have questions?

Start on the free plan and see it working with your own orders, or talk to our team — a real person replies, usually within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, GMT).
